The Lebanese Transparency Association (LTA) builds knowledge on access to information and whistleblower protection through developing factsheets as well as two manuals on the importance of access to information and whistleblower protection, and production of educational and training toolkits.

The networks Advocacy Working Group developed two manuals on Access to information and whistle blower protection.
